Arthur Perkins is an Ohio based artist, illustrator, rigger, and animator. Working in traditional and digital mediums, in both 2D and 3D. He has a passion for the eccentric and the varied, and will work in any medium he can get his hands on! 

As a wheelchair user and autistic advocate, he spends his time making art that represents himself and others, and is passionate about showing real stories through the medium of animation. Cartoons are universal, and a fantastic way to connect people.
